Section 415 of the Indian Penal Code defines cheating as under :

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'The code') prays for

to run concurrently.
(ii) Appellant

7. Being aggrieved, the appellant filed Criminal Revision
agreement, no offence under Sections 406 , 420 and 120B
of the Indian Penal Code has been made out, stating:

provisions contained in the Indian Penal Code either under Section 406 or
Section 420 thereof
