automomous Trust established by the Govt of India, Ministry of Human

defendant the construction of the Southern Regional Centre of IGNCA
and Phase-I work of dormitory, guest house, art gallery and museum

works.
4. As far as the first IGNCA project is concerned, it is claimed that the
construction in the same had been
work under him.
11. PW6 is Jyotindra Jain, Professor in IGNCA, Janpath, Ministry of Culture,
Government of India, New Delhi who deposed that
physical verification was done by one Mr. Sunil Jairath,
Multimedia Assistant of IGNCA Nodal agency of NMM on 28.12.2007.
During physical verification it was found
Late Sh. Gagan John who was
employed as Assistant Reprographer at IGNCA. The net payable
amount as per final settlement after recoveries
invited tenders for the work of wooden partition for IGNCA, New
Delhi somewhere in 1986 and plaintiff also submitted his tender for
the said work
respondent never accepted those gifts. The petitioner is
employed in IGNCA, Janpath, Delhi and is having a much more
spacious accommodation than the respondent
