which is also apparent from the various screenshot of the Instagram/
chats filed on record. It is submitted that the prosecutrix was also ... aware of the applicant's password of the Instagram account and had
herself sent video clips to her fiance only with a view

19. Though an issue qua an Instagram post put up by one Ms. Deepika
Narayan Bharadwaj at the behest
hours, the petitioner
sent a message to LW.1's Instagram as 'Can I have
your number' and he started messaging

got acquainted with applicant Devesh Rajak through Instagram. Thereafter, they

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted
that she was in continuous touch with applicant for one year on instagram and on 04.11.2022 she arrived at railway station Varanasi from where
stated that she had come in contact with the applicant through Instagram and later on friendship was developed between them. Phone numbers were also exchanged
