parties - to the respondent, without affording
them necessary opportunity ... ornaments of his client are
available in the bank locker, which is in the
joint name of the parties; and therefore, that
the learned Court
assertion that there are other gold
ornaments in a Bank Locker operated jointly by the parties, the
appellant herein - husband, filed ... inside the Bank Locker.

operated by the parties jointly.
