1) The present kalandra was registered by IO/complainant. As per kalandra
on 28.03.2013 at about

criminal case arising out of Kalandra (complaint) registered
vide No. 23/2014, presented by Inspector Gurnam Singh, ATO
of police ... within the jurisdiction of the
said police station.
2. As per the kalandra, petitioner no.2 was sought to be
prosecuted on the allegations that
Kumar has deposed that on
11.6.2010 SI Hazari Lal came and filed kalandra u/s 107/151
Cr.PC and accused Rajesh was also produced ... produced
the said file. The kalandra is Ex.PW13/DA, DD no.45A is
Ex.PW17/A and statement of SI Hazari
prepared by S.I Sudhir Kumar.
Accused was arrested and IO prepared kalandra U/s
41.1.(A) CrPC and information was given ... Rajouri Garden after breaking window panes of a Santro
Car. He prepared Kalandra u/s 41 .1(A) CrPC ExPW12/A
and made
made a call at 100 no. so
local police made a kalandra u/s. 107/151 Cr.P.C .
Plaintiff further alleged that defendant ... created a scene over the
suit property resulting into initiation of kalandra
proceedings U/ S. 107 / 151 Cr.P.C. against them. The said
proceedings
deals with misbehaviour
with intent to provoke breach of peace. Copy of kalandra u/sec 93/97 D. P.
Act though not exhibited or proved ... same regarding
trespassing of shop of complainant by accused persons. Kalandra has been
deposed to have been made
through its investigating officer i.e. SI Afsar Raza filed a
Kalandra against complainant company and its authorized representative S.P.
Bhatt for commission ... offence u/s 175 IPC.
7 Such Kalandra was laid before the Ld. CMM (South) on
22.03.2014. Ld. CMM dispensed with the recording of evidence
period of one year.
2 Briefly stated, as per averments appearing in kalandra, DD No.
47A was recorded at PS Ambedkar Nagar regarding a quarrel ... consider the aforesaid crucial aspect at all and the present kalandra has been
prepared in order to pressurize appellant and his wife not to pursue
