9th December, 2019, the Army Hospital, New Delhi finally denied kidney
transplantation to the Petitioner No. 1. Later, on 8th February ... admitted to a hospital in Bareilly due to a kidney
infection and remained hospitalized for five days.
6. According to the Petitioners, the Sir Ganga
mouth were normal.
External examination.
Burn injuries:- Dermoepedrmal burn superficial to deep, infected in nature
about 35 to 40% present on front of chest ... front
of neck, patches on upper arm and chin. The area of infection present all
over the burns. The hair were burnt and seised over
stated as under:
""1) I was detected with CKD (cronic kidney dieses) at
1st of MARCH 2020 and I was unable to continue ... Kidney Transplant had happen 23rd of May
