said property is not subject to any mortgage, charge, lien, attachment, lispendens, or encumbrance in favour of any person and the Vendors declare that there
Transfer of Property Act and contended that the principle doctrine of lispendens is applicable and therefore, the petitioner herein cannot claim any right more than
property in question is free
from all liens, charges, encumbrances and lispendens and that there is
no notice of attachment, acquisition or requisition or notice
