framed the Meghalaya Rural Employment Guaranteed Scheme (MREGS), 2006
vide notification No.CDD.122/2006/3 dated 28.07.2006. It is also stated ... that the
said MREGS, 2006 had been amended vide notification dated NREGS
Cell.19/66/2010-A dated 23.03.2010. Under that amended scheme published
Phershakhandi VEC as provided under the Meghalaya Rural
Employment Guarantee Scheme (MREGS), 2006 notified vide notification

No.CDD.122/2006 ... members under Para 7 of the
Meghalaya Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MREGS), 2006, had
already been amended at the time of passing the said judgment
over whelming majority under section 7A(5) of
Meghalaya Employment Guarantee Scheme (MREGS) 2006, and in
consideration of such election the petitioner was appointed ... enquiry or any show cause and without
following the guidelines of MREGS.
