that they applied for marriage registration under the Special
rings,, one gold bracelet, 3 sets of
gold ear rings, one gold mangalsutra, one gold locket,
one set of silver anklet to the petitioner(husband
gold chain,
two gold bracelet, three gold nose ring, one gold
mangalsutra, one gold mangtika, one silver brick and
cash of Rs.70,000/-, which
brief fact of the case is that due to theft of one
Mangalsutra weighing about 5 grams, one pair of gold ear
ring weighing about
Prakash Malik and others entered into her
house and snatched away her mangalsutra, ear-ring and assaulted
her father-in-law.

including two gold chains, two mangalsutras, one necklace, one
pair of earrings, and a total of seven finger rings
gold ear rings, one gold
pendent, two numbers of gold bangles, Mangalsutra and
Ginimala, cash of Rs.40,000/-. The culprits were not caught
immediately
