soon as the train left the
Pune station, somebody snatched the gold mangalsutra which she
was wearing around her neck. It was snatched by somebody ... Savita (PW 1) mentioned about the
incident. She stated that the gold mangalsutra, which she was
wearing around her neck, was snatched by somebody
which she turned back and the said person tried to snatch her mangalsutra (gold) which
was wearing on her neck. Thereafter, she caught hold ... mangalsutra on which, one
of them got down from motorcycle and pushed her and showed her one knife. The said
person threatened her either
performing her prayers in
the Shiv Mandir, Kakrola Housing Complex, when her mangalsutra was
snatched by one lady by using criminal force. As such ... Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter, " IPC ") and as the mangalsutra was
recovered from the accused Sangeeta @ Savita she was also charge-sheeted
under

walls were seen. They also found
that Suvarna's Mangalsutra was missing.

According to the first informant (Malati), the appellant
Harshal Rawate ... issued
to Suvarna. The appellant/accused had taken it away with
Mangalsutra of Suvarna while he committed her murder.
