said Notification,

The State Government vide its notification dated
5.4.2013 provided NEET-PG-2013 i.e. the test
lower than prescribed by regulation 9 framed by the MCI,
as reproduced above. The said notification was challenged successfully

Notifications Nos. MCI-31(1)/2010-MED/49068, and
MCI.18(1)/2010-MED/49070, both dated 21st
December
avail 5% PwD reservation as per the NMC/MCI
Gazette Notification.
If Not Eligible the reason for the same is : Congenial
