"Ministry of Electronics & Information and
Technology (MeitY) has examined the issues
regarding granting of in-situ promotions of Group
there was
no reply given by the CPIO, National E-Governance Division, MeitY and CPIO,
MeitY.
He further submitted that he filed this RTI application ... very surprising since it is
the App's developer. Now MeitY also has not provided any information relating
to the App's creation
UIDAI files were transferred, with
UIDAI, from NITI Aayog to MEITY. However, MEITY and also UIDAI informed they
have no CC-UIDAI related records ... section 11 .
Enclosing FAA's order dated 17/03/22 and MEITY and UIDAI orders, in a further
request dated
there was

MeitY.

Appellant brought it to the notice of the Cabinet Secretariat and MeitY. On
01.07.2022, Cabinet Secretariat. transferred the points ... application dated 11.06.2022 to CPIO, MeitY and CPIO, NITI Aayog for response.
