endorsed by Director SCL office ... number 1775 dated 24 August
2023, and was also forwarded to Secretary Meity many times as
Secretary Meity is chairman of the management council
application dated 11.06.2022 to CPIO, MeitY and CPIO, NITI Aayog for response.
The CPIO, Ministry Of Electronics & Information Technology vide letter dated

Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed
application is transferred to the concerned section of NITI
Aayog/UIDAI and MeITY under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. In this

UIDAI, mentioned at the start of my Complaint) did not allow
