recognition letter of NCTE, bonafide certificate of the college, certificate
of the college, enrollment certificate and the degree certificate ... time of document verification, he produced migration certificate, hall
ticket, degree certificate, mark-sheet, trial certificate, NCTE recognition
letter etc. to suggest that
issuing the original degree certificate to the
petitioners and the migration certificate to the 4th petitioner.

Course. In the third semester she sought to migrate to the Delhi University.
That migration certificate is stated to have been issued on 28 January ... refused with the University of

submits that the Petitioner has not submitted Migration Certificate
and, therefore, the Petitioner cannot be permitted to appear at the
examination ... received any communication from the
University regarding non-submission of the Migration Certificate.
Learned Counsel for the University states that the submission of the
learned
mark sheet, University has also
issued provisional certificate dated 16.8.2022 and other documents,
namely, character certificate, migration certificate etc.

respondent in issuing the original Degree Certificate and Migration Certificate to
the petitioners.
