University has withheld the result/original detailed marks
certificate/degree/Migration Certificate and other documents, is not to be
paid by the petitioner ... Institute and thus, withholding of result/original
detailed marks certificate/degree/Migration Certificate and other
documents by respondent No.3 is absolutely illegal and against
School Examination, the
provisional certificate for passing Secondary School
Examination and Migration certificate - cum- transfer certificate
issued in favor of the petitioner ... also enclosed a copy of the migration
certificate issued by the NIOS after passing the Secondary
School Examination, the mark statement of passing Secondary
School
November 2020. Thereafter,
she sought migration from Jamia Milia Islamia University to Delhi University
for which, the migration certificate was granted was issued ... ensure that any candidate who
seeks migration are clearly informed at the time of issuance of the
migration certificate itself that if the candidate wishes
petitioner has submitted that on the basis of the same Migration Certificate, i.e., M.C.
No. T 0095692 dated 09.03.1965 issued by the authorities ... Case No. 5341/2017
(District No. 51/2002) rejected the said Migration Certificate , noted above and declared the
petitioner to be a foreigner under
other
appropriate writ directing respondents to issue original degree
certificate and migration certificate to the petitioners within a time
frame fixed by this Honble Court ... unnecessary
delay in issuing the petitioners' original degree certificate and migration
certificate. Due to the delay, the petitioners cannot apply for jobs
declaration given by the
