petitioner allegedly duped a company namely M/s
One MobiKwik Systems Pvt. Ltd. running the business of an online e-wallet
in the name ... mobikwik.com. Petitioner breached software security
wall of the website of the above mentioned company and then illegally
transferred
which was fraudulently
transferred to SBI and Allahabad Bank account through mobikwik. He
sent an encrypted message and thereafter he sent a link
reason that the appellant had made a transaction with www.mobikwik.com towards offer made by some unknown person for appointment and the transaction made ... passed by the District Commission is in accordance with law. Infact the mobikwik.com also refunded the amount of Rs.7,500/- to the complainant

amount is from the said date; the Paytm transfers and MobiKwik transfers are
