candidate to choose between motherhood and career.
10. The appellant Selection Board resisted the claim ... guarantee of employment if she has chosen to opt
for motherhood voluntarily. The State relied on the Apex Court
judgment in the case of Union
decided on 21.12.2017,
which read as under:-
