As per NHRC (Procedure) 1994 all complaints newly registered shall
them. This Commission has no further
information about case no. 1490/34/11/2022. The NHRC is also not required
under any Law/Rule/Regulation ... NHRC u/s
13(6) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993. The question, as to why the
NHRC transferred the case
Case No. 143/9/5/2023. The
case stands dismissed by the Commission vide its proceedings dated
