Court had directed the
impleadment of the National Disaster Response Force ["NDRF"] as
Respondent No. 2. However, upon a perusal of the memo ... view thereof, and in partial modification of the Order dated
09.12.2025, the NDRF shall be impleaded as Respondent No. 3.
