24. Furthermore, it has been pleaded ... OP No.1 had violated conditions with regard

Complainant requested OP-
1 to remove the clause of payment of 2% and also to

shared any detail with the OP No.1, as per instructions of the

10. We have heard the oral arguments raised by learned
Counsel for the Complainant, OP No.1 as well as OP
Both the OP No. 1 and OP No.4 filed their written version to contest the
case.
In their written version the OP ... OP No. 4 has no legs to stand
against the OP No. 4 and as such the complaint is liable to dismiss
against OP
partner of OP NO.1 and OP No. 3 is the another
partner in the setup of OP no.1. OP ... OPs
since the Complainant has not hired any service from these OPs.
Therefore these OPs are not at all liable to provide service
completing the
possession amount and completing execution and registration of sale
deed. Further, the OPs informed the complainants that the OPs have
received intimation ... back to the OP(s). Hence, the amount to be paid by the
complainant now to the OP(s) towards entire sale consideration after
adjustment
