were also obtained ... Application Forms (CAF) of the fake
customers on whose mobile phones the OTPs were obtained, was also
procured. On perusal thereof, it surfaced that
Time Passwords
(OTPs) were generated from the Commission's portal for submission of
the form, as is apparent from the print ... five thousand forms
were accepted online by the Commission. Merely because some OTP was
generated for the petitioner to upload the form after the last
preferences, the candidate shall be

mobile phone No.xxxx8531. Few days ... photos and got his
signatures on some documents and noted the OTP came on his mobile
phone. A3er some more days, Ashin telephonically called
that whenever the
challan fees are to be deposited, an OTP (one- me password) would be automa cally
generated at the me of deposit ... such, OTP was generated with one Sonia.
Similarly, regarding the deposit of driving fees, OTP was generated with Transport
Inspector Ravinder, and the pe oner
petitioner had been
used in the present case. Even, OTP was received on the mobile
phone number of the petitioner, which was registered with
RizLive ... once the OTP was entered, only then the transaction
was completed. This clearly proved that the petitioner was fully
