employment either in the State

should be made for all those persons, who have become overage
waiting for an opportunity for such consideration, if not appointment.
The stand
depriving the petitioner even to apply
for the post on having become overage and making the
payment of salary through contractor without there
being
seeking appointment on compassionate grounds on
the premise that he has become overage in terms of the policy of
2016.
Learned counsel contends that father
Subsidiary Rules, 1984 the
petitioner is not entitled as she is overage and further argued that the age
