3. The learned Single Judge has held the appellant/writ
petitioner entitled
that at best the appellant would be an
officer who would be overage and it is settled law that a person
who is found ... overage is liable to be compulsorily retired.

2. Being overage, having attained the age of 35 years on
January 1, 2013, appellant
petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that he was
treated as overaged when the Rajasthan Judicial Services
Competitive Examination, 2008 was proposed to be held
merit. By the time his father died the
writ-petitioner had become overage for public employment.
Declining prayer for being granted appointment on compassionate
basis
