overaged candidates were given engagement in the said

5. Finding no alternative, the Petitioner being an
overaged candidate approached the Collector-cum-Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhenkanal
conducted by the OPSC with
relaxation of age, in case they are overaged.

The overage of the applicant be condoned as per
Rule 52 of the Odisha

Petitioner's mother became overage and because of her
illness she could not accept the job, the ground
test was held after
23.02.2019 and the Petitioners in the meantime became
overaged, they could not make their applications. It is
contended that the Petitioner
