question and further alleged that petitioner has failed ... GMCH; but she is ineligible for the post in question being overage.
(4.2) Further submits that as per Advertisement No.3/2018, a candidate
affected adversely and moreover, as on
date, the petitioner has become overage to apply for any other government job and
till date he has completed ... years
now and most of them, if not all, may have become overage for fresh
recruitment within the State or outside the State. They have
application, it was found that as
on 01.01.1999, the petitioner was overage i.e. 47 years and 2 months old
hence, the petitioner ... ineligible so as to be
selected for the post in question being overage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
was allowed
omissions of the respondents. He fairly concedes that at present he is overage
and cannot be considered for the post.
3. The petitioner, faced with ... situation that he cannot be
permitted to work because he is already overage, submits that some amount of

overage due to posts of Primary Teacherss
(PRTs) having not being advertised since ... first time after ten years.. In the
meanwhile, the petitioners have become overaged without getting any
opportunity to apply for the posts. In similar circumstances
remaining are not regularized due to lack of sanctioned posts or being
overage. The relevant extracts of the affidavit read as:
