The petitioner was overage even if selection
petitioner was given relaxation in age by one year. He is still overage. In the light of aforesaid, the petitioner is not eligible for appointment ... eligible in the next following recruitment, if he/she is not overage by more than 3 years.
It is not a case where recruitment
appearance in the examination
and, accordingly, they should not be treated overage.
I have considered the submissions made by learned
counsel and perused the record ... year concerned. In the instant
case, all the petitioners are overage and no Notification exists for
grant of relaxation on alleged change in pattern
preferred by the petitioner after first writ petition.
The petitioner was held overage for the post of Lower Division Clerk in pursuance to the advertisement
future, candidature of the petitioner is rejected on the ground of overage.
