Photoshop, the photograph of a lady whose face was not shown, in a
sitting posture wearing only undergarments
injuries caused by the
appellant, resulted in a skin problem, are actually photoshopped. The
images do not have any date nor indicate that the injuries
proceeding to house of his brother. While deceased
proceeded to photoshop of Somya Tatya, when complainant was on the
staircase of house of his brother ... pistol. Complainant also
noticed that when deceased was about to enter photoshop of Somya
Tatya, he fell down on staircase having sustained fire arm injury
present on that date, have been inserted later on by using Photoshop or any
other technique.
3. On last date of hearing, time was sought
counter affidavit, which
according to the complainant were morphed and photoshoped.
Without going into the merits or demerits of rival
contentions, for the present purpose
