The witness has identified the inquest panchanama
of those two dead bodies ... bodies of Smt.Tulasi
and Smt.Nanjamma, the police drew an inquest
panchanama on the dead body of Nanjamma as per
Ex.P-6, wherein
examination.
13. PW.5 (CW.10) Krishnappa, an alleged
witness to inquest panchanama also has not
supported the case of the prosecution ... seen the dead
body of the deceased Srinivasa on 23.06.2011 and
inquest panchanama as per EX.P11 on the said dead
body was drawn
seized by the
Investigation Officer in his presence by drawing a
seizure panchanama as per Ex.P-3.
Crl.A.No.687/2010 ... Mahadevaiah has stated that inquest
panchanama as per Ex.P-2 was drawn in his presence

of offence panchanama as per EX.P2 in her presence and
also seized clothes ... worn by her husband at the time of
incident under a panchanama at EX.P3. She has also
