regard, it was found that Parivara caste did not
come under scheduled tribe category and the
District Caste
Scheduled Tribes' and comes under
the category of 'Parivara', which is not categorized
under scheduled tribes, and that the action on part ... following grounds:
a. There was a confusion that the caste 'Parivara' and
'Nayaka' are one and the same coming under
case of the prosecution that the
appellant / accused despite belonging to 'Parivara caste',
claiming to be a member of 'Nayaka caste ... specific case of

dated 25.04.2022, has clarified that 'Parivara' Community was
treated as a synonym of 'Nayaka' earlier
admission, but
his caste was wrongly entered as a "Hindu Parivara Nayaka
(Bestaru)", instead of Nayaka and that mistake had continued ... plaintiff themselves had
informed the authorities that they belonged to "Hindu
Parivara Nayaka (Bestaru)" and accordingly, an entry was
made in the school
