applicant had been released on parole
leave on three occasions and whereas
lastly the applicant had been released
been filed by the applicant
- convict to release him on parole leave for a period of 30
days on the ground of filing appeal before ... record the order dated 11.07.2023
passed by the IGP, Prison refusing parole leave of the
present applicant. The same is permitted to be taken
applicant convict,
through jail praying to release him on parole leave for 30 days on the
ground of finding a suitable match for his daughter ... partly allowed. The applicant convict is ordered to be released on
parole leave for a period of three weeks from the date of his actual

mother.

Prosecutor has vehemently opposed in granting of the
parole leave to the convict.
