25. We do not think that under
section 143, 147, 341, 353, 332, 225(B) r/w section 149 of
IPC, against the accused. Accordingly, the appellants ... under section 235 of Cr.P.C.
But they are found guilty under section 143, 147, 341, 353,
332, 225(B) r/w section
