Retitieners/Accused
three petitioners are native of Atmakur town, Kurnool District. They
belong to Perika-Balija community which is recognized as BC-B. The
1st petitioner obtained ... Mandal Revenue Officer,
Gonegundla. It shows that 1st Petitioner belong to Perika-Balija
Community. In the service record also, the caste of the 1st petitioner
caste certificate and not giving the
caste/community certificate of BC-B (Perika Balija) to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary
and against the guideline issued ... consequently
direct the 2nd respondent to issue community certificate of BC-B (Perika Balija) to the
petitioner forthwith otherwise she may lose of further studies
