3. Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Amit Sibal, arguing on
behalf of the Applicant, submitted that the Petitioner/defendant,
in its reply to the application ... conducted on this
aspect before the Trial Court, and the perjury application was
moved only after the SLP had been dismissed.
