construction was going on in any vacant plot, and in fact, the construction was on a plot where basement had already been there, the applicant ... plot allegedly encroached upon wherein illegal construction was going on, when not only the number of the plot and Khasra number was wrong
inquiry so made revealed that the complainant was in possession of the Plot in question till 28.1.2005 in the form of old hutment which ... keeping some of his belongings and his animals for quite a number of years and he was forcibly dispossessed by the opposite party, namely, Bablu
respondents only on 03.03.2006, alleging that completion certificates for 142 incomplete buildings/plots at B-Block, Sector-8, Bagdolla, Dwarka have been issued ... number (17) of officials. In so far as the applicant is concerned, it was found that in respect of Plot No.41 allegedly a wrong

these plots were in possession of builders/property dealers who had taken the completion certificates only with a view to get these plots freehold ... found that out of a total 331 plots in that Sector, in 92 cases wrong D-Forms had been issued by the Building Department
