transferred nor money was refunded and deliberately the wrong plot number
was mentioned on the documents.
3. Counsel Sh. Naresh Gupta for accused ... present case, the very fact that a wrong plot number was mentioned
on the documents executed in favour of complainant reveals dishonest
intentions
person at any
point of time. It was submitted that plot no. is CI384, Sangam
Vihar, Village Deoli, New Delhi ... suit was questioned.
9. On merits, it was submitted that plot number was wrong,
documents have been manipulated and plaintiff is not in possession
over
land into several pieces or gave them
private number. It is stated that real number of suit property is 6 & 7A
measuring ... other number as referred by the
plaintiff.
3.9. The other contents of the plaint are stated to be wrong and

further submitted that plaintiff has given wrong
description of the plot as there is no plot with the number 48 rather it is

plot B225 is at point X1 in Site Plan Ex.PW-1/3. He
further stated that plot no.C127 is the plot marked ... plot No.B225 has been
wrongly shown in the plan Ex.D1W1/PX1. He stated that no plot
number was required

b) Ld. Trial Court did not appreciate that no khasra number was
mentioned in the alleged sale deed ... difference
