15. So far as the possession of the plot is concerned, it is nowhere pleaded in

by her as 199 of 2.3.2000) that possession of the plot was not handed over
opposite parties to allot an alternative plot in lieu of the
originally allotted plot on the same price and not to charge interest ... complainant
cannot be allotted an alternative plot with specific number. It is further
contended that the District Forum wrongly granted other relief
