petition for correction of plot number in the Registry Office on
04.07.1989 and accordingly, plot number was corrected and the
name ... suit property purportedly of
Plot No. 659 and it has been claimed by the petitioner that plot
number has been wrongly mentioned. Now, Proviso
plot number but only pertains to correction of plot number
in the lease deed inasmuch as the petitioner has though
mentioned the correct plot number ... rightly mentioned the plot number in her application dated
22.12.2018 but on account of inadvertence the plot number
has been wrongly mentioned in the lease
transferred nor money was refunded and deliberately the wrong plot number
was mentioned on the documents.
3. Counsel Sh. Naresh Gupta for accused ... present case, the very fact that a wrong plot number was mentioned
on the documents executed in favour of complainant reveals dishonest
intentions
that of correct survey number, and the correction of the survey number would not affect the identity of the plot, it is a fit case ... held that:
