ground that the petitioner intentionally and
cunningly had given wrong plot numbers in the said deed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

point of objection taken by the
petitioner is that the plot number had been wrongly recorded in
the order ... impugned. While the plot number in respect of which
proceeding had taken place was Plot No. 190 it has been wrongly
recorded as plot

mentioned in the map by him which was sent for sanction
person at any
point of time. It was submitted that plot no. is CI384, Sangam
Vihar, Village Deoli, New Delhi ... suit was questioned.
9. On merits, it was submitted that plot number was wrong,
documents have been manipulated and plaintiff is not in possession
over

purchased plots, i.e. plot No.481 and 485. In fact the plaintiff has
purchased plot ... plot number. It is nothing but a mis-description of
the plot number but the learned Court below wrongly held that
plaintiffs have purchased plot

description of boundaries and Khata numbers and plot
numbers in a sale ... that Plot No. 2073 was wrongly mentioned in the
sale-deed dated 24.11.1987 and on the basis of wrong
description of plot numbers

the relief for declaration that the wrong Khata Numbers have been
mentioned
