offences under Section 3 of the POCO Act, 2000 as well as
other offences. Unless the materials secured

After
showing the case of the prosecution as above, Section 29 of POCOS Act
came into play and thereafter, it is for the accused
registered, for offence punishable
under Section 6 of the POCO Act. After completing investigation, the
respondent Police laid a charge sheet before the learned Special
ADDITIONAL SESSIONS AND SPECIAL JUDGE AT VIJAYAPUR IN
SPECIAL (POCO) CASE NO.33/2014 AND ACQUIT THE
APPELLANT/ACCUSED.
THIS CRIMINAL APPEAL HAVING BEEN HEARD
committed an offence
under Section 11(iv) r/w 12 of POCOS Act. On 15.01.2017, at about
8.00 p.m when the victim girl watching
loaded pistol, a Hero Honda motorcycle, 10
purias of smack and Poco mobile was recovered and from
possession of petitioner no. 1, one loaded country
preferred this appeal aggrieved by order dated
28.10.2020 passed by Special Judge POCOS Cases, No.1, Ajmer
District Ajmer (Raj.), whereby, bail application filed
