night the patient
developed shock in view of the Post Partum haemorrhage (PPH) which
was immediately managed by stopping the bleeding and the patient
recovered ... patient in accordance
with the prescribed method of management of PPH and generally used by
the fraternity of surgeons. It has been specifically submitted that
cause of death
was due to 'haemorrahage and shock due to PPH'.
6. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties
and considering
post-mortem report also indicates that the
death was caused due to PPH, however, the doctor who
conducted post-mortem, has sent the viscera
treatment she died. The
cause of death has been mentioned as "PPH following LSCS". A
death certificate has also been issued
