admission out of which at-least 40 days shall be for practice teaching or skill development in nearby schools. Institution shall work for a minimum
subject from a recognized
University or equivalent.

In pursuance of the aforesaid note, interviews were
carried

15. Learned counsel for the respondents reiterated the
submissions urged

purpose of permitting practice of medicine. Despite being
aware of the total prohibition qua grant of medical ... opinion
of the Court such grant of degree without any practical
teaching, cannot be approved of and it is for this reason
that the Central
minimum required 220 working days along with the mandatory 40 days teaching practice.
2.6. The Directorate of School Education, Puducherry has issued hall tickets ... first year course and also underwent the mandatory 40 days teaching practice successfully in different recognized schools.
