Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)and interview cum personality

because he had already passed the computer proficiency
test w.e.f. 7.7.2003. However, he was left out in 2003 only
were as follows:
"Constable/Head Constable Diploma/Certificate from an (Computer proficiency) institution recognised by DOE
indicating proficiency in basic data operation and working
written examination, then the successful candidates
were to participate in the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and finally,
the shortlisted candidates were to appear

the qualifying marks to the petitioner in the Computer Proficiency Test
(CPT) (Module-II) and to consequently grant the requisite post
letter dated 30.9.2013

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she applied
Posts/States at the time of Tier
II/Interviews/Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test depending on
the number of vacancies available. Once the candidate
appeared in
the typing test on 5th December, 2010 and the computer proficiency test
on 9th December, 2010.
