easily recourse to civil litigation which everybody knows is nothing but prolonging misery for every litigant because of the delays caused in civil litigation

the present proceeding would be exposed to prolonged
miseries.

8. This application is made bona fide and in the interest
frivolous, dishonest
and manifestly appears to be ill-motive just to prolong the misery of the
petitioners / landladies.
REASONS
