plaintiff has misused the blank signed cheques/Promissory Notes.

39. The defence from every angle is unbelievable
signature on
the blank promissory note i.e. without date of execution of the
promissory note. He, however, admits that amount ... complaint to the
police in respect of the forgery and fabrication on the said promissory

the charge with regard to forgery must fail against all
