In the year 2015, he went to Qatar. At the time of
going to Qatar, he left his wife
have booked tickets for journey of the petitioner herein for
02.06.2021 by Qatar Airways. But Qatar Airways office sent a
mail to the Cyber Crimes ... FRRO dated 18.05.2021 issued by the FRRO,
notice received from Qatar Airways and tickets along with his
written instructions in proof of his submissions mentioned
have booked tickets for journey of the petitioner herein for
02.06.2021 by Qatar Airways. But Qatar Airways office sent a
mail to the Cyber Crimes ... FRRO dated 18.05.2021 issued by the FRRO,
notice received from Qatar Airways and tickets along with his
written instructions in proof of his submissions mentioned
said order. The reason being that he already left India and joined Qatar
Airways and drawing a salary of Rs.80,000/- p.m. Therefore ... although the said J.N.Gopakumar left the appellant Airways and joined
Qatar Aviation Authority, his prayer is only limited and justified because
elapsing since the lodging of the
FIR, as, thereafter, he left for Qatar. Consequently, he submits that he was
disabled to move an application ... parents disclosing to the Executing Officer, that he had
proceeded to Qatar. Consequently, the learned Magistrate concerned, made
an order for summoning the bail petitioner
calls to his
wife who is a native of Philippines, employed in Qatar. By Ext.P1
order he was allowed to make telephone calls ... Viyyur, the 3rd respondent is not permitting to contact his wife
at Qatar. This causes much hardship to the son of the petitioner.

September 2018, whilst he was checking the passports of
passengers flying by Qatar Airways from Mumbai to Doha, accused No.1 -
Furkhana Khatoon Shaikh came ... stated that the

morning flight and a friend of hers i.e. Rashid Faras
working as Sr.
Superintendent, the petitioner has applied for a job in Qatar. On being found
successful for the appointment in Qatar, the petitioner ... placements.
