independent arbitration agreement.

We have heard learned counsel on both sides.
The facts are very ... dated July 5, 1993. Thus, this appeal by special leave.
Shri R.F. Nariman, learned senior counsel for the
appellants, contended that the contesting respondents
found favour with the High Court. It is contended by Shri
R.F. Nariman, the learned senior counsel for the appellant
that the policy adopted
Bench for decision. Thus these appeals have come before us.
Shri R.F. Nariman, learned senior counsel for the
appellant, raised two-fold contentions
payment of interest,
solatium and additional amounts under the Act.
