Train no.
13131 with PNR 6102165821 on 04.06.2017 as the ticket was in
RAC status even after charting. But ECR has denied me refund ... including clarification in respect of the passenger who travelled on his RAC ticket.
5. The respondent(s) stated that on point
class and train, annual
revenue collected from cancellation of waitlisted and RAC tickets etc.
2. The CPIO responded on 02-11-2017. The appellant filed
seven points, including,
inter-alia (i) Number of passengers to whom RAC ticket has been issued for 3 A/C
on 21.08.2016 in train number
North Eastern Railway, Varanasi seeking information as follows:-
1. "No. of RAC passengers in Danapur-Secunderabad Express, train no.
12792, journey dated 12.12.2016 from ... coach no S5 and S3.
3. Who gets the priority for ticket confirmation? RAC or waitlisted
passenger?"

passengers holding RAC/ Waiting list tickets on the under mentioned dates along
with name of TTE staff checked
