RAC status even after charting. But ECR has denied me refund ... including clarification in respect of the passenger who travelled on his RAC ticket.
5. The respondent(s) stated that on point
passenger who was travelling on an adjacent
seat, on an RAC ticket. The complainant has stated before the Commission
that he is dissatisfied and aggrieved
