that the petitioner has not applied and he
is not refused for passport facilities but is asked to
furnish Hon'ble Court ... from
Hon'ble trial Court nor this office has refused to
issuance of Passport to the petitioner."
12. The deponent has also placed
release of certain articles namely,
A.T.M. Card, Passport etc. has been refused.
It appears that a case was lodged vide Kankarbagh
abide by the
condition imposed by the Court while
releasing his passport for which an amount of

R/SCR.A/3736 ... ordered to be forfeited,
which was directed to be deposited for
availing passport for couple of weeks. For
the purpose, petitioner has prayed to quash
lieu of return of his passport,
since because of non-availability of passport he has to suffer huge
loss in his business of export ... passport for which an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was ordered to be
forfeited, which was directed to be deposited for availing passport
accused u/s. 420 / 468 / 471 IPC r/w Sec. 12 of
Passport Act before the Ld. Trial Court/Ld. MM and accused/appellant ... offences under Sections 420 / 468 /
471 IPC r/w Sec. 12 of Passport Act was framed against accused/appellant
to which accused pleaded not guilty
