REDEPLOYED/TRANSFERRED THE PETITIONER FROM YCCPP,

"7. In CCS (Redeployment of Surplus Staff) Rules,
1990, it has been provided that the fixation ... post to which he is appointed on
redeployment under the rules should be regulated in
accordance with the instructions issued from time to
